Created a list of the highest-selling competitor's list in the pet niche and used ASIN targeting to reach their customers.
This proved to be a highly effective strategy, as the majority of our sales came from ASIN targeting from our main competitor.
Focused on exact match campaigns, which were performing well for us.
Exact match campaigns allow us to target specific keywords and ensure that our ads are only shown to customers searching for those specific terms.

Branded keywords are the search terms that include your brand or company name. For example, โfootball shoesโ is a generic non-branded keyword, but โNike football shoesโ is a branded keyword.
We'll be creating a few more campaigns for the other set of branded keywords using "rule-based bidding" once the campaign reaches the threshold of 30 conversions in the last 30 days.

We implemented the following strategies to optimize their Amazon PPC campaigns: ๐
We optimized the bids and placements on good-performing keywords to maximize the return on ad spend.
We optimized the campaigns for the top converting placements to further improve the conversion rates.
We negated the waste ad spend on keywords that were previously tested and found to be ineffective.
We targeted relevant competitors, especially those with low ratings and poor reviews, and similar/low price points.
We focused on spending on the highest ROI match types to ensure that every dollar spent was contributing to the campaign's success.
We tested good-performing search terms on high TOS placements to explore new opportunities for growth.
We pushed the ranks of keywords on which the brand was already in the top 20-40th position to improve visibility and drive more sales.

Achieved $1M Revenue in Supplement Niche
Amazon Account Management
We have identified several issues with the account:
The account belongs to the supplement niche, and there are more than 60-70 active products in the account. Except for two or three listings, none of the listings were optimized, resulting in a low conversion rate.
There was no planning or strategy involved in the PPC campaigns. The data and campaigns were scattered, with hundreds of campaigns targeting broad, phrase, and exact match main keywords.
The listings did not have proper backend optimization. Approximately 90% of the backend fields were empty for most of the listings.
Many products were not indexed for their main keywords and had an organic rank on the first seven SERP pages.
The account management was more of a "list and pray" approach, with nearly 60 products listed and inventory in FBA, but no individual focus on product
Solution we implemented:
ย The first thing we did after taking over the account was to analyze the business reports from the previous year and place our products on a BCG matrix. The objective was to identify our CASH COWS (products with a high market share but low growth) and STARS (products with a good market share and significant growth potential in the market).
From %50.52 ACoS to %25.69 ACoS within weeks!

A couple of findings after performing an audit:
Bad ratings (3.8 on average)
Wasteful PPC spends (no placement or bids optimization)
Bad rankings (ranked on irrelevant keywords and ranked low on relevant keywords)
Average images (hero and secondary images)
No backend optimization (search terms)
The result we got so far:
PPC Sales: Increase by 118% from $1,754.35 to $3,832.58
ROAS: Increased by 96% from 1.98 to 3.89
ACoS: Decreased from 50.52% to 25.69%
Spend: Increased by 11% from $886.25 to $984.62
Grew the account from $10K to $103K in just a month with %4.9 ACoS!
